Due to the conditions imposed by COVID-19 the Academy is scheduled to run according to plan with taught courses but exceptionally for this summer will also be offered ONLINE with synchronous elearning and with relevant adjustments to the program and a slightly reduced cost.

- Professor David Feldman
Emeritus Rouse Ball Professor of English Law, Cambridge University UK:“’Public administration as a defining feature of the existence of states”.
- Participation in the Annual Reunion of the European Group of Public Law is required for the in-situ/on-premise participants.
- Dates: Week III (September 9 – 10)
For the online participants extra lectures will be added to the program.
